User License Agreement

This is an agreement between Sansnet.com and any user who uses any services offered by Sansnet.com. Before signing up to any of our services, you must accept the terms stated below.

Terms of Service:

Domain Name Registration
We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.

The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name.

Sansnet.com shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute.

.US Domain Name Eligibility Requirements:
Any U.S. citizen or resident, as well as any business or organization, including federal, state, and local government with a bona fide presence in the United States can register a .US domain name.

One of the following eligibility requirements must be met:

A natural person (i) who is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States of America or any of its possessions or territories or (ii) whose primary place of domicile is in the United States of America or any of its possessions, or

Any entity or organization that is incorporated within one of the fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia, or any of the United States possessions or territories or (ii) organized or otherwise constituted under the laws of a state of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, or any of its possessions or territories, or

An entity or organization (including federal, state, or local government of the United States, or a political subdivision thereof) that has a bona fide presence in the United States.

Sansnet.com is not responsble for .US domains cancelled by the naming authority due to clients not meeting these requirements.

Infancy
You attest that you are of legal age in your domicile to enter into this Agreement. In the event that you are not of such age, then we are authorized, at our discretion to terminate this agreement and to cancel the registration of your domain names.

Website Hosting & Email
Users must not make any illegal material/information available for download from any of our servers. This includes but is not limited to, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities. Sansnet.com will terminate the privileges of any user that commit repeat violations of copyright laws.

Using Sansnet.com network to make available any obscene speech or material, or using our network to transmit, or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language is banned.

Users must not attempt to access illegally or without authorisation, computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another individual's system (hacking).

Clients may not send email to anyone who does not wish to receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the client must stop. Clients are expressly prohibited from sending bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailings of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who explicitly requested it.

Users must not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network ("denial of service attacks"). This includes, but is not limited to, "flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to "crash" a host.

Clients must safeguard their account passwords to prevent unauthorised access to their account. If any information is lost due to a client not protecting their passwords Sansnet.com will not be held responsible.

Users must not engage in any activities that are determined to be illegal, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.

Right To Refuse Service and Cancel Accounts
Sansnet.com reserves the right not to accept accounts for hosting for any reason it deems appropriate. We also reserve the right to cancel an account at anytime, for any reason, with 15 days notice. Accounts that violate any of the terms of service stated within this document, including late payment or non-payment of fees owed, may be cancelled without notice.

Indemnification
Sansnet.com shall have no liability to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from anything done by Sansnet.com or any of their clients.

Sansnet.com is not liable for loss of data. There is a small chance that a clients data may be lost, for this reason we recommend that users backup all of their files.

If for any reason we have to move your account from one type of server to another, we will make sure you have all of the features on the new server except we reserve the right to not provide the same scripting solutions or database solutions. There is no compensation or money back for these type of unexpected problems.

Sansnet.com reserves the right to change/update this user agreement without notice to any of their clients.

Sansnet.com considers and intends to be subject only to the applicable laws in force for the time being in INDIA and to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala State alone.
